MONTREAL, QUEBEC--MicroTempus Inc, a leader in providing cross-
platform data exchange software solutions, announced today the
expansion of their relationship with Harbinger Corporation
(NASDAQ: HRBC), a worldwide supplier of Electronic Commerce
software, services and solutions. The expanded agreement provides
for joint marketing of the companies' solutions, and signals the
further integration of their products and services to better serve
common customers.
Adding to the momentum of the relationship, the companies also
announced Abbott Laboratories as a new joint customer for
MicroTempus' TCS Data Exchange Software and Harbinger's
TrustedLink E-Commerce translation and mapping software.
Over the last year, Harbinger has enhanced their solution
offerings through key strategic alliances as part of an extensive
partnership program. MicroTempus' solutions offer robust
multi-platform File Transfer and other Data Exchange facilities
that extend Harbinger's E-Commerce solutions. The combining of
products and services from both companies offers current and
prospective customers a comprehensive end-to-end solution for data
exchange and E-Commerce requirements.
