From CC: based on so far won contracts with 15 customers, not trials,NN will have about US 1 billions $ in raveue from LMDS over the next 3 years.100 millions in current FY,300 in 2001 and 600 in 2002.
Also NN has 13 trials and is talking with another 30 customers.
Also final 280 millions NN will pay is absolute maximum, b/c sales of
non-core assets will most likely bring more cash then conservative estimate.
Aquisitions is 100% complementary,and both company ( for those who did not folowed NN so far) have been working for more then 18 months.
STII provides major components to NN's LMDS solution.
