The second bottom will coincidentally be the day of the FMOC meeting where rates are raised 1/4%. Eric, IMO this increase is already factored into the market. If @Home bottoms at 40, other market factors will drive it down to that level. @Home fundamentals remain intact and in fact may have strengthened since FCC Chairman Kennard's remarks.
