Fwiw, years ago I saw Encore Computer (ENCC) become relisted, and it shot from 50 cents to $6 almost instantly. Years later, the company was gone, but my impression is the fact of re-listing gives a powerful bounce to stock price.

I don't know how much this may have to do with SCKT, but I didn't expect a bounce until relisting happened. Maybe, like you say, it's not far off, and maybe when it occurs there'll be another nice bounce.
