Truthseeker responds to Garrett KRABman Krauses "Reverse merger report;

Questions for Mr. Krause

Why did you fail to properly attribute the material he misappropriated from the Reverse Mergers Inc. web site?

What are the "strict SEC guidlines" you mentioned?

Since Mr. Hammand purchases a controlling interest in OXY for cash, how can that be considered a "reverse merger"? Was OXY the surviving entity and Mr. Hammand cease to exist? Isn't more accurate to call this a buy-out?

Since Mr. Buffett also purchased control of Berkshire for cash, is this not also a buy-out, and not a reverse merger?

Considering that Pentair IPO'd in 1966, it can hardly be called a reverse-merger, now can it? It is an actual IPO.

Please provide the verfifiable third-party data you must have used to support your claim that private, IPOd and reverse-merger companies fail at the same rates.

Please comment on the relative quality differences between reverse-merger companies, OTCBB non-reporting reverse-merger companies, and traditional IPOs?
