It is undeniable that President Clinton and NATO provided military and humanitarian assistance in order to protect the Kosovo Albanians from genocide or ethnic cleansing. This is both an honorable and principled act. I'm glad that you find this funny. A man that laughs a lot cannot be all bad. <g>
