JZ, anyone not paying attention gets the boot. It cuts down on the number of account which will get allocations. Folks that are just buying this for a 3 bagger in the morning will likely be disappointed. This has a large float, and is going to be a listed stock. You're right, there will be a significant amount of aftermarket demand taken by the additional shares. I'll take whatever you don't want though. Of course it puts another 1/4 billion US dollars into the coffers, nothing to sneeze at. I doubt that it will break it's print price though. BWDIK? Barb
