Man!!! I made a chicken and shrimp Panang Curry tonight, then added a a couple of tablespoons of Jamacian Blue Mountain Hot Curry power to the pot (with the coconut milk, onion, red, green, and yellow bell pepper)...did not even bother to put it over rice...why dilute a great dish :> I think the trick was the garlic, and a thinly sliced Kam Yen Jan Chinese Sausage :>
