So...Infomatic gives BOCI business. BOCI stock goes up and Infomatec makes money on their investment? Is this what you speculate? If so, everyone wins. The number of board seats for Infomatec makes sense, if you are right. Anyone else out there paying attention to this one? Any other ideas? I'd still like some info on the tech side.
