With all the portable communication devices available, I think it might be high time that AOL taps into that other twenty million user base that they haven't touched yet. Can you imagine if all the ICQ users had portable devices, and everyone was talking to their friends everywhere in the world any time. Suns new browser might make this a very soon reality, and with world satellite access soon to be, how far off is this type of technology.
