The guy is as whacked out as the DOJ's case is.

Jackson sure seems like he is whacked out. However, i would like to think positively(it is hard to do) in relation to his questioning. He may be just sorting out some questions in his mind. So far the answers from the witness seem alright to me. They don't even have to be acceptable to Jackson but the expert testimony will be there for the appeals court to examine. In addition, the witness has been explaining that tough language in internal documents is normal business practise.

Jackson can't dismiss this witnesses testimony easily in his decision as this is not really a monopoly in the traditional sense. I still believe there is a possibility he will rule in favor of MSFT to avoid getting ridiculed by the Appeals court, again!!
