Ed, Your advice to Michael is curious and from my perspective useless. He seems to be doing just fine without it. I would rather see him deliver consistent results against plan than to parade around like a pheasant looking grand and trying to impress small stockholders. Do you run a 22 B company? or is the advice simply gratuitous?
