PREFSTOCK, I am sure your motives are pure as the driven snow. However, I have taken part in a scenario like this in the past and would never agree to reveal my holding on any stock again... ever. Anyone who is privy to this kind of info can use it to their advantage and not the rest of the shareholders.

I suggest to all that you keep your sharecount to yourself; it is no one's business. Never again will I tell anyone what, how many or if I plan to buy or sell more. Unless of course one is a member of a communal investment pool and then of course it would be handled differently anyway. IMO

This is not meant as a poke at Prefstock. I feel he/she is requesting the information for what they feel are positive reasons. However, the result in the end is not always positive for the shareholders. IMO
