james re"small business initiatives" only thing i have seen that ibm is doing much differently then dell, is that ibm is going beyond the hardware sales and service and is offering complete setup of e-commerce systems at a very low rate for small businesses, they will do web pages,utilize their servers for order entry, etc...i don't believe dell offers a hardware/software/continuing support package...
