Russ, The buying started near 1:30PM and continued unabated even after the NASDAQ started its tumble. It smells like news, rumour or both. Has anyone called IR to see if SVGI was presenting to any Brokers, Institutions, or otherwise divulged some imminent order activity? Moving against the market on above average volume just doesn't sound like a whole bunch of somebodies looking for an undervalued stock. SVGI has been treated like an also-ran for far too long. I suspect during the next week, we'll either see news, hear the rumour or see one or more upgrades. JMHO, Ian.
