Trent, if the best the company can do regarding EPS is 3 or 4 cents per quarter then forget Brazil and lookout for the South Pole. All the talk about Intel getting into the video acceleration market has picked up some steam with the "recent" announcements about the AGP and 740GT graphics accelerator. NINE has - June 1996 - said that its future Imagine cards would support AGP. As far as the 740GT goes it will just raise the baseline functionality by a notch the same way MMX is supposed to do with sound and video. Intel will probably - I am speculating here - use the 740GT as a replacement for the ATI/S3 mb silicon it has been using on some of the motherboards. Let's see what NINE delivers this quarter. Does anybody have any info on the I3? Van.
