6 Reasons to Short ETEL: Not to mention Cisco, Nortel, and Lucent are pouring all their technology $ into this. This is the reason Nortel bought Bay and Lucent bought Ascend. Cisco has been rubbing this into the RBOC's nose since 95. The first one to replace the circuit packet central office switch wins. And the market is betting on Cisco. Some smuck company is not going to do it. MH
