What about IBM's antitrust case in the 60's ? They had to make a lot of concessions because they hurt their competitors and by extension, their customers. Its not as simple a case as say, knifing two people at their front door, but in the end Microsoft will pony up. They will pay out of the petty cash box no doubt.
