Yes, their site was crap this afternoon. Actually all day I had one problem or another. Tried to buy an IPO today after Fidelity assured me it would be available to trade. It comes on and I get the damn, you can't trade this security online. Tried to buy at under 14 by the time I get a broker it's over 17. Too late, but hey he assured me that it was available to trade on-line. This has happened with several IPO's. They are useless in this regard. Almost as bad as that stupid time out crap. How many times has anyone waited for a stock to hit a buy point you try to place the trade and you get timed out. Even worse it takes you back to your accounts page not the order entry page. More wasted time, "when every second counts"! I was using this old account while I moved to a different day trading firm and find their site poor for all but long term holds....
