TIE is about to break the neckline at 10.00..I suggest that if we get the spike above 10.00, you trail it with a stop...Never give back profits..Buy area on TIE was 9.00-9.50, no higher..I am looking for a couple of points in next 2 weeks...6 month target is 14.00..Look at the pattern and you will see how I come up with six month target..It is a classic Head and Shoulder bottom..I see a left shoulder, head, and we are finishing the right shoulder..The pattern has taken about 7 months to form..Regards, Mark
