edamo Your comment in reply # 133937 ...in essence the common comment on the thread about dell being a "fast follower" is corrugated bs, for that type of management is in opposition to a bto model. Your comment in reply # 133942 as a proponent of the "fast follower" school of business, who are they gonna follow next????? at some point a "great" company has to be a leader and innovator...or they cannot remain great...correct me if i'm wrong...know any great companies that never led????? Why, then did you say "they would never get knocked out or knocked down"? Why are they in OPPOSITION if it made them Great but can't remain great unless they lead as I mentioned to PMS WITCH in reply #133923.
