Hey Franz, I've got a different spin on your analogy: >>>CMGI could build their own portal and/or search engine.<<< What you just said is like Warren Buffet saying, "Well, instead of buying 8% of Coca Cola, Why don't I just go out and reinvent the soft drink. I'll save myself alot of money." This is more like Warren Buffet trying to take on Coca-Cola by buying up Safeway Cola? Sorry, for the doubt on DW. I respect the opinions of those who have faith in him. But it's OK to have doubts here, no? This ain't no typical IPO play. The one thing I will say: people are either going to love this or hate this -- we'll be at 115 or 75 tomorrow...!
