Got this from the Raging Bull site. Good News on MDTV and the 10SB forms. As many of you know, the SEC has been cracking down on non reporting companies. As of July 1st, the new ruling is going into affect. The ruling being that non reporting bulletin board companies have to be reporting. Well, the whole thing is a very hard process. The SEC receives the reports then there is a sixty day waiting period where the SEC sits around with there finger in their rear. And of course, if there is a small error or if somebody credited 10 dollars to petty cash, instead of debiting it then the SEC can make you start the whole process over and over again. Basically, if they want to screw a company they can. Anyways, here's the good news for MDTV shareholders. Our judgement day doesn't come around until January 2000. The reason being is that MDTV starts with an M. The SEC is going in alphabetical order. Real fair huh? If any of you follow ABFG. They recently had an E added to their symbol. If they aren't reporting by July 1st, then it's pink sheet city for them. Their stock has dropped from a buck fifty to around fifty cents since then. Well, back to us. MDTV sent in their 10SB about six weeks ago if I recall. We have about 7 months to get approved. That's great for us. 7 months is a long time, and we already sent in our forms.
