Yeah, but this court is big on stare decisis. I am mentally preparing for my brief, but I think the Senate won't pass it, and if they do Clinton will veto it. He did teach Con. Law in Arkansas. But maybe that's the agenda, to demagogue this against Clinton. I hate that, I don't like Clinton but I hate demagoguery worse.
