The announcement of sales was a good thing, and may be driving the price a bit in the short term, but the the volume is still low. Now that they've decided to promote the stock, CUQ will likely release a few more tidbits of good news over the new few weeks. This is the first time in two years that Churchill issued a news release to announce new contracts. Until now, the company didn't care to promote itself, so contracts didn't warrant news releases. I wouldn't be surprised to see Churchill acquire another company or announce a new venture. They have to make their cash visible.
