Well, well ... Surprise! Surprise!

Actually, I find this to be a very pleasant surprise indeed. Particularly the following excerpt from the BCE Emergis NR:

The technology for this project was developed by Info-Titres Inc., a private company that was acquired in April by BCE Emergis. The purpose of the transaction, which will not have a material effect on the current year's results for BCE Emergis, was designed to strengthen the company's foothold in the financial/mortgage services sector. The contract with National Bank of Canada was originally signed with Info-Titres and is being announced today following the initial success of operational tests.

This would indicate that National Bank had already signed on with Info-Titres before signing a contract with Microforum. Hmmmm. I wonder why they would do that? Maybe, and just my opinion of course, Microforum has something to offer that Info-Titres doesn't.

In fact, National bank was so certain about Microforum and their CALMS system that they even agreed to doing the efincom.com project with them. This NR reveals something very important about MCF - they have valued technology and they're up there on the front porch barking with the big dogs, such as BCE Emergis.

Very Impressive.
