Duane, Browse these links a little and some of your larger questions should be answered. Also, it is absolutely true that PRIA products are necessary at the 300mm wafer size, because the pods weigh about 20lbs. It is hard to envision anyone carrying these bulky, heavy, very valuable things around or loading them for an 8 or 12 hour shift.
