Dawg,
I don't have any special knowledge of the banking sector, but I can read the P&F chart for you.

ASO looks like a slow mover and a bit schizophrenic. It gave a couple of sell signals last year and a decent buy signal in March, ran up and pulled back just above support at $21. If it can move to $25 that would be a good sign as it would set a higher low. But unless you know something special about the stock, I don't see any reason to move into it for a 3 day momo play. This thing moves like a snail on ludes.
