Waterhouse is a joke! Out of nowhere, after already reconfirming IPO interest, Waterhouse sends its customers a "URGENT" e-mail that the customers have to submit a second reconfirmation once again...by 11 p.m. PST, because Waterhouse had "technical difficulties". No doubt thousands of customers already believed, as they were told, that their offers were already in and confirmed. No doubt many customers were out or already asleep when Waterhouse suddenly needed another confirmation. Can you say "class action lawsuit"?
