So, you are saying that at this last hour, CIST decided to buy back shares just to help the shareholders increase the value of a stock in a company that nobody seems to be interested in buying or merging with? Well, we agree to disagree. Why is August 31, 1999 the deadline to submit a proposal to Genome about CIST?
