LSI Logic Completes Seeq Acquisition

Semiconductor maker LSI Logic Corp., Milpitas, Calif., said it completed the
acquisition of Seeq Technology Inc., Fremont, Calif., a maker of
data-communications semiconductor products, for $106 million in stock. Under
terms of the agreement, Seeq shareholders received 0.0759 LSI Logic common
share for each Seeq share.
