Hal: As I mentioned, looks like US Robotics write-offs were the surprise I expected and Eric B. stuck his foot in his mouth. I knew it. ((( Man, what a prediction!!!! - I own a crystal ball.... ... just joking ///kidding)))) Nonetheless, your estimates could have been reached without the write-offs. I expect a dip and 3COM will buying at this point which might help support it. I don't expect them to take a chance on waiting for a usual 10% drop. This is all for now. Take Care.... Note: Palm sales (to be a 25% increase) will help next quarter and will help support the sluggish revenue growth (ie...from Analog modems and Network Adapter cards).
