tonto, that isn't really news. Discussed long ago.

One or two MMs need to file forms for 15c2-11 to get OTC-BB approval and once accepted, all the other MMs, like Sharp did originally, just piggyback on.

So for now it is too much trouble for Sharp to play around with. What it DOES tell us, is to confirm that as a tribute to DCI mgmt, they were successful in convincing MMs like Sharp to make the first move, rather than delay and take the easy way out by piggybacking.

The problem IMO is that the NASD /SEC needs to review DCI's complicated business arrangements, mergers and "divorces" and they come up with lots of questions that the 15c2-11 forms were not designed to answer.
