X-STREAM QUESTION: What U.K. ISP will get the 1st. IPO, FreeServe or X-Stream,?? or will it make a difference to X-Stream.??? The share value of X-Stream should shoot up regardless.!!!--If for example SG Securities valuation of FreeServe comes true, it will be a big boost for x-stream. SG Securities, a respected group, valued FreeServe at US$3,500 per subscriber, that's US$4.8 billion (Cdn.$7.0 billion). Would x-stream holding 1/3 of FreeServe's shares plus owning Nethead and G.O.D. pick up a valuation 1/3 of FreeServe's (1/3 x US$4.8 billion = US$1.58 billion) (Cdn.$3.2 billion). Now those huge figures may not mean much to most, but it means a lot to me using Bid.Com as a example. Bid.Com (Internet auction) with 50 million shares (40 million in the float) when they were at Cdn.$30.00/share (US$20.00/share approx) they had a market cap of Cdn.$1.5 billion (US$1 billion approx.). A previous market cap I used in an earlier post I used their 40 million share float instead of 50 million. There's no way x-stream has 50 million shares. They may come out with an IPO with 5 or 10 million, I do not know, but if we use Bid.Com as a control, x-stream would have an interesting market value based on even 25 million shares issued.!!! Any comment.!!!
