I have not heard from them. I am sorry about your experience but baffled. I have removed webwasher twice with no problems. BTW don't you backup your bookmarks? I backup mine twice a week. Until I started using Mytrack I had a few browsers get corrupted, it hasn't happened since I'm using Mytrack, so I've concluded that browser based streaming quotes corrupted my browsers. Do you get RT quotes and if so are they browser based?
