To all: I am having a hard time understanding why the sale to CMGI of the AltaVista and other network assets is a good thing for CPQ. Seems to me that they would only pay WHOLESALE prices for the stock whereas an IPO would result in RETAIL prices. Maybe someone can explain this to me. JDN
