Mike and/or Thread, Regarding the Alza buyout, I am holding some Alza lyons. Do you have an idea how those holdings get taken out in the buyout? Is it preferable to exercise the lyons, or would Abbott assume the debt and just factor in the convertible shares from Alza to Abbott? TIA. Regards
