*OT* Robert, take a look at this (you may have to supply gnet's stock symbol after you get their) to view the stock's chart. investorlinks.com A gap up is simply when the highest price from the previous day is lower than the next days lowest price. A gap down is when the next days highest price is lower than the previous days highest price. Some feel that a stock will tend to "fill the gaps". tim
