BTO /JIT ... ...it fell apart with the economy... One thing that the Japaneese did which came back to haunt them was the use of single source suppliers. They played one supplier against another until only one remained, and that one had to have everything running perfectly to make any profit. So far only Intel fits that picture for Dell. TP
