Email Tom. His address has been posted here before. Otherwise I know he follows the thread and may reply. If shares are in an IRA and held for you by the administrator or trustee of the IRA as part of the procedure to qualify for the tax savings I suspect there is nothing Tom can do for you. Not by his choice, I am sure.

Why would you hold a penny stock in an IRA anyway? Don't really understand. I only play with money I can afford to lose in the penny's, which is why I can't take much of a position.

Seems too risky to me for an IRA or other retirement fund investment. Also, seems you would be contstrained on moving in and out of an issue very quickly with it being in an IRA. I suppose on self-directed IRA's you might be able to hop around a bit. Good luck!

GO BETT!!!
