chuck, resident expert at what?? i am not qualified to comment on the tech aspects of the article. i would point out a few things. the writer did not have a final version chipset. intel has made changes. the writer used 64m of dram. he said he normally uses much more. did not say how hungry the apps were that he was using. intel's support of rambus has been unwavering. the antagonists hang on a few spoken words. how many words does intel's ceo speak daily? he made one off-hand "maybe" remark about 133 and 6 million shorts have fed us that same little comment 100x. reh has said this for a long time...ya gotta have infrastructure. rambus is being supported by some 100 tech companies including all the big guys. compare that to 133 support. no contest. finally i know this..we need bandwidth period..rambus has it. unclewest
