What is your opinion on this ??? Could this be the lawsuit that was referenced in the SEC filing? If so, that could be the reason the dates & events in the SEC referenced lawsuit don't match with Fnet vs Magruder litigation ??

Is there a lawsuit against this person by Fnet? Also, here it says Fnet, and its PARENT company Franklin Telecom. This is from a 1998 item.
