Soy was one of the things recommended. and red clover tea. I LOVE the names of the herbs and teas. Of course I was drawn to Candlestick charting for the same reason. ALl those wonderful names- shooting stars, hanging men..finally TA with poetry.

Now--- what were you doing in a RED ARMY HOSPITAL? That sounds like a story.
