Sorry for a late response.
I have a hard time understand it myself (there is a slight difference between swedish and norwegian...) but something like:
" On the annual meeting (?) Everything were decided as the board of directors had proposed. The stock is traded today excluding dividend of 0 (zero) NOK"
(well.. not to relevant)
I don't have much to say about the downturn. There have been a lot of talk about Fast (as always) and that they were using another company's search hardware. But it doesn't seem to be true, you can read a lot more about it on their homepage fast.no
