Phil You are right. If MGR wished to focus exclusively on a gold mill in Mongolia, a change of name might be inappropriate. MGR is changing its name as required by VSE Policy, as recommended by management and approved by the shareholders. The Company cannot sit by an wait for its partner, MAC and/or the Trade and Development Bank to act. Inactivity raises suspicions. MGR has been examining different opportunities, and has recently focused on two. An announcement will be made once the Company proceeds on either or both projects. Dave
