<Is it late to buy Hang Seng now?> (Apologies for off-subject chat)

The government certainly came up with a nifty way to recycle their stock purchases - much to the relief of all the Hang Seng followers. (Do you realize this was almost a rerun of what the Japanese government did when the Tokyo Dow (as it was then) collapsed some 20% in the mid sixties? With the profits they built a new stock exchange in downtown Tokyo!).

My own - and very amateur - reply would be to enter the Hang Seng at closer to 13k rather than 14k. I am still bullish on Asian markets but they need breathers every so often.
