Dan I see you on the feelings board proselyting so thought would give you a little of what I see of your faith. Some people complain they cannot break the shackles of their past and that they are too weak to make any such attempt. It is not true; it is merely their excuse to remain where they are. They are afraid to let go of their past traditions and past beliefs. They are afraid to cut adrift into the unknown. Ignorance and superstition on one hand and mental lethargy on the other are keeping them where they are, and yet they complain of their negative conditions as being unchangeable. They willingly harbor
beliefs which do not require very much effort to maintain. Some
people even simulate some negative conditions to defend their
mental lethargy.

Are you real sure this doesn't fit you pretty well? You have proselyted so long you hold fast to your beliefs because you fear to research anything that would prove you in error. You cling to the past because you either are too lazy or ignorant to look for truth. I sure don't think you are that ignorant so I assume it is arrogance in error.

If something is true it will pass all possible tests. If it is a belief such as yours how will you know if you rely on faith? Faith is the product of con men.

I know it isn't laziness for you are expending too much energy to promote your ideas. Have you ever looked in the mirror and asked yourself if it is fear or stubborness that keeps you from an open mind in research? You go all out to ignore any facts that question your belief such as separation of Church and state and the founders opinions.

Dan just be honest with yourself and don't worry about others opinions. Learn to say I don't know for sure but I believe intead of statement of fact where you really do not know.
