Some very interesting excerpts from the CMGI thread last October when the price was about $10/share. Notice the parallels to our current DDEQ situation. Same hopes, questions, and potential we have with DDEQ.
From CMGI thread last October... -------
"Thanks to the links to all that great Comapany info. CMGI seems like a good way to make a diversified internet play. What are your thoughts on some of the later stage private companies in their portfolio? Any prospects for a LCOS/AOL type home-run for them? What about their non-investment business, do you like the long term revenue potential?" -------
"I don't know much about the management team, but actions speak louder than words and I like what I see them doing." -------
"On the positive side I don't think alot of people know about this stock and that the book value is about $6.00/share - not much downside risk...I don't want you to think I am hyping up this stock, you can check out all the info I am getting..." -------
"I am not a technician, but just an investor. Crystal ball: I think these guys are very smart. All their actions have demonstrated this so far. There will be dips in price, but a core holding at this point on my part seems smart. Last time I checked they had a book value of $6.00/shr, so doesn't look like too much downside risk.
I think the price may go lower, especially after the first of the year. That may be the time to buy more." -------
Well, there is a sampling of the talk on CMGI 9 months ago. Sounds a lot like the discussions we are having right now on DDEQ.
IMO, we are on to something VERY BIG here with DDEQ and GoProfit and maybe GoNow, too. I'm looking forward to exciting days ahead.
