This is incorrect. Telescan Inc (TSCN) created the CNBC site in conjunction with CNBC. Telescan developed, hosts, and participates in the revenue of the site. Telescan also developed and hosts financial web sites for Wall Street City, Fortune Investor, Citibank, American Express, Playboy, as well as numerous smaller sites. CNET was not involved.
