I am sure that Iomega can build at least 3 times as many drives as last quarter (1Million drives). Iomega now has 2 major manufacturing locations outside of the US.

I believe that epson is building their own drives, however Iomega may just be OEMing them to epson.

In addition to setting up the new factories, Iomega dramatically increased their original factories. KE said that their new factories were more efficient, and more productive, and more friendly to upgrades. They have also started selling Jaz this quarter, and earnings from that should add to zip earnings. Of course, if Iomega were to stop selling drives today, their earnings would still go up just due to zip disk sales (although maybe only sustained for a quarter or so). The disk sales are bringing much higher earnings than the drives. This is the real reason for their growth.
